NATURAL REMEDIES for Health

Acne

  • To disinfect use few drops of lime juice. 
  • Consume more fibre like cereals, orange, peach, rootbeet, cabbage, spinach, tomato.
  • Take lots of vitamin A taken from cod liver oil and also from carrot, abricot, orang
  • Use the leafe of greater burdock (arctium lappa) smashed, use bread roller and apply it onto the acne
  • Infuse mint or parsley leaves into 250 ml of boiling water, apply the misture
  • Use white wine for clearer skin color and red wine for darker color to disinfect the acne & dry it up faster
  • Steam your face with a pan of boiling water mix with essential oil of mint, cover up your head with towel in order that no steam leak & steam up your face for less than 10 minutes
  • Apply a little bit of fresh garlic, avoid the eyes then clean up with hot towel.

Alcohol

After hang over, drink an infusion made of thyme, also eat one banana is also good, cause the fruit make a layer inside the stomach so that can protect the gastric.

Drink mint tea can also help

Allergy

Dust and pollen allergic : make infusion of 1 leaf of  hoary plantain (plantago media) with a glass of hot water, drink everyday

Alzheimer

Ginkgo biloba is the mainly prescribed medicine for most neurological disorders. It has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties which protects brain cells from damage. Phosphatidylserine, Huperzine A and Vinpocetine are some other herbal remedies for Alzheimer’s disease.

Arthristis

One cup of green juice, extracted from any green leafy vegetable, mixed in equal proportions with carrot, celery, and red beet juices is good for arthritis. The alkaline action of raw juices dissolves the accumulation of deposits around the joints and in other tissues. A cup of fresh pineapple juice is also valuable, as the enzyme bromelain in fresh pineapple juice reduces swelling and inflammation in osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis.

Appendicitis

A good combination of 100 ml each of beet and cucumber juices mixed with 300 ml of carrot juice. This combined juice can be taken twice daily.

Learn to be selfish


Some people questionning me if I told them to learn to be selfish. But let me explain something about me saying to be selfish. Everyday in our life, for 24 hours we always think about others, person or matters. Let us sort it into details : 8 hours for sleeping, 7 hours for work or doing housekeeping or cooking etc, 1 hour for thinking about our children, 1 hour for helping them with their homework, 1 hour for thinking about the home finance, 1 hour for thinking about our spouse, 1 hour for walking & feeding our pet, 1 hour for thinking about our parents & brother sisters, 1 hour for toilet & shower and all together is 22 hours !!! So we still have 2 hours left in ONE DAY... and it's time to be SELFISH, to think about ourself & make ourself happy. For example : 1 hour excercise & 1 hour coffee time with friends or 1 hour chatting & 1 hour crafting... And all of them, without thinking about somebody & something else, just about ourself. There's nothing wrong to be SELFISH as long as it doesn't hurt our family & friends. It's the opposite way, when you take 2 hours for yourself, you will recharge your humour, your attitude and sure, everybody around you will always be happy with you.

This is one way of happiness and happiness is a way for health.

Manfaat Cuka Apel


Cuka apel atau cider vinegar banyak sekali manfaatnya, tidak seperti cuka lainnya, cuka apel yang berasal dari penyulingan organik, tidak membuat perut perih karena asamnya yang natural.

  • JERAWAT campur 1 sdm cuka apel dalam segelas air, tambah 1 tablet aspirin yang bagus untuk mengeringkan jerawat, celup kapas bersih dalam larutan ini, lalu titikan di bagian yang tumbuh jerawat
  • MENURUNKAN BERAT BADAN 1 sdm cuka apel dicampur dalam segelas air matang, diminum 3 kali setiap hari beberapa menit sebelum makan.
  • MENAIKKAN BERAT BADAN 2 sdm cuka apel dicampur dalam segelas air matang tambahkan 2 sdm madu, diminum 3 kali setiap hari  
  • MENGHINDARI RAMBUT RONTOK 1 sdm cuka apel dicampur segelas air matang, celupkan sisir kedalam larutan dan sisir rambut secara merata, diamkan 15 menit, cuci
  • MENCEGAH KERACUNAN MAKANAN/ALERGI 2 sdm Cuka Apel campur dengan 1 gelas air, minum sebelum makan makanan yang diyakini bisa menimbulkan alergi atau sebagai pencegah kemungkinan terjadi keracunan.
  • MENCEGAH MIGRAIN ( Sakit Kepala Kronis ) Campurkan 2 sdm Cuka Apel kedalam 1 gelas air matang pada setiap makan, ketika migrain sedang menyerang, campurkan cuka apel kedalam air dengan perbandingan 1 : 1 , lalu didihkan campuran tersebut, hirup uapnya sebanyak 75-80 kali.
