Cake With Jam
170 gram eggs the same quantity of flour, sugar, melted butter. Half sachet of yeast. Half tablespoon of cinnamon. Mix eggs and sugar til moused. Add butter then flour pinch of salt and yeast. Mix well. Pût in mould and add jam in 6 différent spot and in the center. Cook for 20 minutes in thermostate 6.

Brownies Easy
200 gram cooking chocolate melt with 125 gram of butter
4 eggs
2 tablespoon of flour
200 gram sugar
3 tablespoon of almond powder
How to cook :
Mix chocolate butter with eggs, flour, sugar stir well. At the end add the almond powder, pût inside buttered mould and cook for 20 minutes at 180 dégrée Celsius or Termostate 6

Easy French Macaron
White Ingredient :
140 gram or 4 big white egg must be room temperature
180 gram sugar divide into two
- Beat egg well with mixer LOW position until liquid becaming FOAM
- Add half of sugar, mix again in LOW position until foam becaming CREAMY stop the mixer & check if it forms like a bird's beak
- Add the rest of sugar, mix in HIGHER position until the liquid is SOLID, check when it won't fall down from your mixer whip
Almond Ingredient :
160 gram almond powder sifted
160 gram icing sugar sifted
- Mix almond & sugar powder add food coloring
- Put into white ingredient, start MACARONNAGE
- Macaronnage is a mixing technic using spatula in order the white won't break while mixing almond ingredient inside, start with the edge of bowl for a couple of second and after flatten the mixture, always with delicate movement until the mixture is SHINNING
- Put inside pastry bag & make a small round diameter about 4 cm on the cooking pan
- CROUTAGE : wait for about an hour the small rounds, when it's not sticky anymore you can start cooking
- COOKING : heated oven 150°C for about 12-14 minutes, check every thirty second if you're not sure, take out from cooking pan when it's cool
- Use two shells of macaron put the garnish on top of one shell, I used apricot jam & make a sandwich form with the second shell

Oeufs aux Lait alias Telur Susu
3 telur kocok
500 ml susu cair
70 gram gula pasir
1 sachet gula aroma vanila
Cara membuatnya :
1. Susu & gula didihkan, jangan terlalu lama
2. Tuang kocokan telur kedalamnya, aduk yang cepat
3. Masukan dalam mangkok kecil atau pinggan tahan panas
4. Masak di oven (jangan DIHANGATKAN) dengan cara bain-marie, pinggannya ditaruh diatas panggangan yg dikasih air
5. Cara masak dengan 3 temperatur, pertama 120°C selama 20 menit, kedua 180°C selama 10 menit, ketiga 240°C selama 5 menit agar atasnya sedikit keras tp dalamnya lembut

Chocolate Muffin
Ingredients :
60 gram butter
60 gram sugar
1 sachet sugar with vanilla aroma
pinch of sel
1 egg
1 teaspoon of honey
120 gram flour
80 ml milk
100 gram milk chocolate
1 teaspoon yeast
How to make :

- Let butter soften at room temperature. Cut chocolate in small pieces and heat in microwave to make it melt
- Beat butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt, until creamy
- Add egg, honey, milk, melt chocolate
- Add slowly flour & yeast
- Cook in oven of 170°C for 20 minutes

Chocolate Cupcakes with Chocolate Glaze
1 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoon baking powder
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
pinch of salt
3 tablespoon softened butter
1 1/2 cup white sugar
2 eggs
3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup of milk
How to make:
- Mix well all dry ingredients expect sugar
- Mix softened butter with sugar until light & fluffy
- Add eggs at one time, beat well, add flour and milk alternatifly.
- Put 3/4 height of muffin mould and cook in hot oven of 175°C for 15-20 minutes
- Keep cool and add chocolate glaze
Chocolate Glaze :
140 gram cream
70 gram dark cooking chocolate
70 gram milk cooking chocolate
70 gram sugar
110 gram softened butter
140 gram cream
70 gram dark cooking chocolate

How to make :
- Heat but not boil the cream and two kinds of chocolates then sugar til melt
- Wait until cool
- Add butter and mix well

Chocolate Topping Cake
Cake :
4 eggs
140 gram sugar
140 gram flour
40 gram butter for mould
Topping :
70 gram dark cooking chocolate
70 gram milk cooking chocolate
140 gram liquid cream
70 gram sugar
110 garm butter (room temperature)
Fruit Topping :
a bit of raspberry
2 kiwis cut into round shape
How to make cake :
- Using mixer : blend eggs & sugar until triple the size
- Slowly add flour
- Pour into buttered round mould
- Cook in oven temperature 180°C for about 20 minutes
How to make topping
- Cook slowly two chocolates with cream, stir often with wooden spoon
- Add sugar and at the end butter cut into small pieces, mix well
Put the cake on top of grill tray, so that the chocolate melt around to make nice topping
Pour the chocolate topping, start from the middle of cake, then around, until the side
Add fruit topping
Put into fridge for couple of hours

Bolu Kukus
Bahan:
250 gr gula pasir 3 btr telur
1/2 sdm TBM
100 ml santan kental
100 ml Sprite
250 gr tepung terigu (protein rendah)
Mocca pasta
Pandan pasta
Cara membuat:
- Panaskan kukusan.
- Kocok telur, gula pasir dan TBM hingga benar2 putih (kira2 10 mnt). Sementara itu campur santan dan sprite.
- Turunkan speed mixer. Secara bergantian, masukkan cairan dan tepung kedlm kocokan telur.
- Dgn speed tinggi, kocok kembali sebentar sampai semuanya tercampur rata.
- Campur sedikit adconan dgn mocca dan pandan pasta.
- Tuang adonan putih kedlm cetakan bolu kukus sampai hampir penuh (3/4 cetakan). Beri sedikit adonan mocca atau pandan pasta di atasnya.
- Masukkan ke dlm kukusan yg sudah benar2 beruap.

Nastar (Pineapple Tart)
Ingredients :
350 gram flour
4 tablespoon icing sugar
225 gram butter (room temperature)
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 egg yolks
2 tablespoon corn starch
1 egg yolk for basting
Filling :
2 can of pineapple, drain, squeeze to remove water, cook with 10 tablespoon of sugar, add more if you wish to have more sweet. Blend until mushy. At the end add corn starch. Keep cool in the fridge.
How to do :
- Mix flour, corn starch, sugar & salt in a bowl. Add soft butter, add egg yolk and flour if needed. Make a dough
- Divide dough into 24 small round. Use glass as mould. Flatten with your finger in the middle
- Fill with pineapple jam
- Make it round with your palm, baste with egg yolk
- Cook for 25 minutes in 160°C oven

Biji salak
| 2 buah ubi jalar, swet potatoes 200 gr palm sugar 400 ml water 1 pce pandan leaf 200 ml coconut milk 2 tsp salt 200 gr tapioca flour how to make : steam sweet potatoes until soft, mix with a pinch of salt and smashed when the mashed potatoes is cool, mx with tapioca flour roll over the mixture, and cut diagonal to make a diamond shape boil palm sugar & water, boil the diamons shape biji salak for 10 minutes put aside and add coconut milk |

Chocolate Balls

This recipe comes from my mom, she used to cook this for our snack time, made from MR biscuit
200 gram butter biscuit (put inside plastic bag, tight well & smash until becoming crumb)
50 gram cooking chocolate
50 ml milk
a bit of rhum if needed
- heat milk until almost boiled, add chocolate cut into small pieces, mix well
- add biscuit crumbs into the chocolate & mix well
- make small balls by 2 spoons
- put into freezer for 1 hour

Macaron of Caramel salted butter

I've been searching for the recipe of French macaron, and I got a book about macaron for my birthday
Ingredients macaron:
2 white egg
5 tablespoon of almond powder
150 gr of powdered sugar
1 tablespoon of granulated sugar
1 tablespoon of cacao unsweeten
a bit of lime juice
a bit of salt
Ingredient caramel filling :
200 gr of granulated sugar
50 gr of salted butter cut into small pieces
3 tablespoon of liquide cream
a pinch of salt
How to make the filling :
- heat one tablespoon of water with sugar, when they start to have colour, mix well
- take out from burner & add butter and don't stop mixing
- when everything's melt, add the cream slowly while mixing then a pinch of salt, reserve one hour in the fridge
How to make the macaron :
- Mix powdered sugar, almond powder & cacao, then sift
- Using mixer, beat the egg whites until stiff add the powder mixture, mix all until soft
- Put the mixture inside the pastry bag, make small round shape dough on baking tray covered with baking paper, set aside for 1 hour.
- Heat oven 120°C or thermostat 4
- Cook for 12 minute
At the end, take out the macaron & make a sandwich with caramel filling

Simple brownies chocolate caramel

Ingredients :
50 gram flour
3 eggs
150 gram sugar
150 gram butter
200 gram dark cooking chocolate
2 tablespoon caramel or 8 caramel candies
How to make :
- Heat butter cut into pieces with small pieces of chocolate in microwave until melt, mix
- Beat three eggs, mix with sugar, add chocolate mixture, add flour & caramel
- Heat oven 180°C pour 10 minutes and bake the cake for 20-25 minutes

Cupcake Glaze
125 g softened butter
500 g icing sugar
60 ml milk
60 ml lime juice
- Mix everything with half part of sugar until fluffy. Add slowly the second part of sugar, until the mixture is not sticky but elastic, add food coloring if needed
- If the dough is too hard, add some milk, if it's too sticky, add sugar
~New~ Français Cupcake
groupe 1
140 g farine
60 g amidon
2 c.a.c levure
150 g sucre
1/2 c.a.c du sel
groupe 2
3 jaune d'oeufs
90 ml lait
2 c.a.c sucre vanillé
90 g beurre mou
mélanger groupe 1, ajouter beurre avec la main, verser le lait, mixer 2 minutes, ajouter jaune d'oeufs, remplir 2/3 les caissettes cuire 18 minutes au four de 180°

500 ml susu segar
150 gr gula pasir
2 sdt tepung maizena
1 sdt ekstrak vanili
2 kuning telur
Cara membuat :
cairkan tepung maizena dgn sedikit susu, campur kuning telur kocok, aduk sisihkan
Masak susu & gula hingga mendidih. Tuang sedikit adonan susu kedalam adonan telur, aduk rata.
Masukan & campur dalam sisa adonan susu, ratakan didihkan sekali lagi.

ECLAIRES
65 gram tepung terigu
50 gr mentega
150 ml air
2 telur ayam
sedikit garam
panaskan air, garam & mentega sampai mendidih, tambahkan terigu ayak, aduk2 diatas api kecil hingga tidak menempel lagi di panci
angkat dari api & tambahkan telur, aduk dengan spatula kayu.
bikin adonan panjang dgn menggunakan cetakan kue yg lubangnya besar
panggang dalam oven panas selama 15 menit

Martabak manis pakai Teflon
250 gr tepung terigu1 sdt ragi
150 gr gula pasir
375 cc santan hangat
2 butir telur
1/2 sdt baking soda
Bahan isi :
Kacang tanah sangrai
Susu kental manis
Keju parut
Cara membuat :
- Masukkan ragi dalam santan hangat, aduk sampai berbuih, sisihkan
- Campur tepung & gula, buat lubang ditengah, masukan telur, tuangkan santan sedikit demi sedikit, uleni sampai gula larut, tambah baking soda, diamkan 20 menit di tempat hangat
- Panaskan wajan teflon (sampai keluar asap), tuangkan mentega, kecilkan api sedang, kecilkan api lagi jika terlalu panas
- Tuang adonan, dan masak sampai permukaannya kering tapi kulitnya tidak hangus
- Angkat taruh di talenan, tambahkan gula pasir, susu kental manis & kacang
- Lipat dua; potong sesuai selera

Roti Taiwan

Bahan biang :
50 gram tepung terigu protein tinggi
250 ml air mendidih
1 sdt garam
Bahan :
950 gram tepung terigu
2 bungkus ragi instant
150 gram gula pasir
30 gram susu bubuk
50 ml susu evaporate
450 ml air es
15 gram garam
125 gram margarin
Cara membuat :
- Buat biangnya, diamkan dalam kulkas selama 2 jam
- Buat roti, tuang semua, sambil diulenin pelan2 dengan air es, sampai kalis tambahkan garam
- Masukan margarin, uleni sampai elastis. Diamkan 30 menit
- Panggang suhu 180° termostat 5 selama 10 menit
