BAKMI GORENG Indonesian Fried Noodle


80 gr of noodle, boiled for 3 minutes, set aside
100 gr of chicken breast, cut into dices
spinach
50 gr of prawn
1 beaten egg
salt & white pepper
1 tablespoon of salted soya sauce
1 tablespoon of sweet soya sauce (can be replaced by 1/2 tablespoon of sugar)
1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
2 tablespoon of vegetable oil
Mixed the three kind of sauce.
Fry the egg with half spoon of oil like you do the omelette but mix before egg becomes hard,
Stir fry prawn and chicken with the rest of oil. Add boiled noodle. Turn off the burner.
Mix sauce with a bit of salt and white pepper.
Turn on the burner again and cook through.
Accompanied by chilli sauce.
