Salmon Teriyaki

Ingredients :

4 salmon fillet

2 tablespoon of lemon juice

2 teaspoon of olive oil

1 green pepper

1 yellow pepper

250 gr peas

1 onion, chopped

marinate :

250 ml soya sauce

250 ml mirin or japanese rice vinegar

How to make

clean the fish & marinate for 30 minutes

grill the fish

heat olive oil & cook the vegetables mix with the marinate
