Ham, Cheese & Vegetable Roll


Ingredient :

2 small zuchinni, sliced thin by its lenght

3 ham, cut as large as the zuchinni

6 sliced of kraft cheese, i use gratted cheese

salt & pepper

How to make :

boil the sliced zuchinni in salted boiling water for about 1 minute

set aside, dry up with kitchen towel

put on top of it, the sliced ham & gratted cheese, roll to itself, add salt & pepper

cook on hot oven for about 10 minutes, until cheese melt

PS.

I made this as main course for dinner, served with green salade & vinaigrette, but in fact it"s an appetizer
