Cupcake Glaze


125 g softened butter
500 g icing sugar
60 ml milk
60 ml lime juice


  1. Mix everything with half part of sugar until fluffy. Add slowly the second part of sugar, until the mixture is not sticky but elastic, add food coloring if needed
  2. If the dough is too hard, add some milk, if it's too sticky, add sugar
