Short Vacation at Disneyland Paris September 2011

I booked the ticket from Vente-privé since January and the trip is birthday present for my husband on September. As I ordered from long time, the price is very interesting, only 27€ per person for one day entry for both Disneyland & Walt Disney Studio, instead of 52€. I booked the closest hotel with Free Shuttle Bus. So that we don't loose time waiting for the transportation vehicule. The Santa Fe Hotel is a huge two star hotel with quite expensive price with the reason as it is located at the heart of Disneyland, only within 20 minutes walking distance or 5 minutes by car.

The Hotel

As I reserved only for the stay, I have to pay quite expensive price for Dinner, as they serve only Buffet at 25.50€ per person including drinks... It's better you reserve 'Half Board Accomodation' which I believe will be cheaper, cause at the end of the day you won't have enough energy to go out from the remote hotel, taking the taxi to nearest restaurant, which I have no idea where it could be. At meal time, be prepare to queue up, lots of people everywhere.

Disneyland

The cute pink bluish Castle of Sleeping Beauty is awaiting for us in the middle of the Park. I made some itinerary before going to the park that I thought can save time, but finally I think is better to take the 'Railroad Train' to get familiar with the Park then you can stop anywhere you want in order to save energy running & walking around to look for the attraction. One suggestion : please do not take the train at the main station at Main Street, otherwise you like to take some one hour queue. For some popular attraction you'd better take 'Fast Pass' which is in fact a Pass to reserve your place for the attraction. It's written the time when you have to take the queue and in the meantime you can do other thing.

Walt Disney Studio

For us the Studio is more interesting than Disneyland. Cause it's about the film & stunt. We have a chance to watch the 'Stunt of Cars Race Rally' there are many surprising and excited actions.

Our trip ended in the evening and we do most of the attactions we would like to see, except 'Cinémagique' that is closed for maintenance. Exhausted we returned to the hotel by Shuttle Bus, taking shower and go down for dinner.
