Breast Roll With basil & shalot sauce

2 turkey or chicken breast
2 slice of uncooked ham
1 tbs of shredded basil
1 tbs of shalot
1 tsp of garlic

Sauce :
Salt pepper, chicken stock, shalot

How to make :
* flatten the breast using mortar
* put shalot, garlic, basil, salt and pepper on top
* lay a slice of ham, add breast on top and roll tightly, wrap inside cling wra
* steam for 20 minuted
* take out meat keep the stock & cut into slices
* heat 1 tbs of butter& cook the slices when cooked ser aside
* still with the remaining fat put shalot and add stock
* serve breast with sauce & spinach
