RENDANG (INDONESIAN BEEF STEW)

Ingredients :
1 kg beef meat, cut into cubes 8 x 8 cm
250 cc coconut milk
5 cm of galangal
1 piece of lemon grass
2 pieces of turmeric leaves (optional)
salt & sugar
Pounded spice :
8 shalot
2 garlic
1 tablespoon of coriander
5 cm of turmeric
100 gr of chilli paste
How to make :
  1. Stir fry the spice until smell good and add the meat until the color changed
  2. Put inside the coconut milk cook for 3 hours
