PAIN POISSON A LA PROVENCALE



250 gr flour

1 can of tuna flakes in water

15 olives deseeded

2 tomatoes diced deseeded

200 ml milk

100 ml olive oil

60 gr of shreded cheese (gruyere preferable)

3 beaten eggs

1/2 pack of yeast

salt & pepper


heat the oven temperature 6 or 180 degree

mix the flour with yeast

pour eggs inside the mixture and slowly pour

the milk & olive oil until solid

add tuna, tomato, olive & cheese, salt & pepper

pour into baking pan and bake for 40 minute

Wait about 1 hour to remove from the pan


Serve with mayonaise or chilli sauce


Good for apetiser or even snack
