KETOPRAK (Indonesian Salad)


2 pcs tofu cut into 4, deep fried
80 gr rice vermicelli, boiled
2 hard boiled egg
80 gr soya
2 pcs potatoes boiled, diced

Sauce :
60 g Peanut butter
1 Garlic
1 chilli
a bit of Root of kencur
1 teaspoon white vinegar
All mixed together

How to make :
Set all the vegetables in one plate and mixed with the sauce when served.
