2 hard boiled eggs, cut into 2 slice
2 medium boiled potatoes, slice
1 sliced & peeled cucumber
1 lettuce (batavia preferable), cut into pieces
100 gr of sword beans can be replaced by green beans boiled
1 tofu slice into 4, fry
SAUCE :
150 gr peanut butter
100 ml coconut milk
salt
2 chillies
TOPPING :
Deep fried shalot
Krupuk (Indonesian fish cracker)
HOW TO MAKE :
- Prepare the vegetable, start with the sliced lettuce, potatoes, cucumber, beans, tofu and egg on top
- Cook the peanut butter with coconut milk, shimmer for 15 minutes with low fire
- Pour the sauce over the vegetables. Serve
SERVE WITH : boiled rice
