TARTIFLETTE (Potato Pie)

Recipe for 4 persons :

Ingredients :

1 Kg peeled potatoes, steam for 20 minutes

1 cheese type reblochon or type raclette or whatever cheese for cooking

150 gr salted bacon, cut into small dices

half onion

salt, pepper

1 glass of white wine

How to do :

  • Cut the steamed peeled potatoes, put in the buttered oven dish
  • Stir fry onion with the bacon
  • Put on top of the potatoes, add the cheese
  • Cook in heated oven, temperature 7 or 220° for 25 minutes
