HONEY CHICKEN


Ingredients :

1 whole chicken about 1,2 kg

5 pieces old french bread, cut into small pieces of 3 cm thick

2 garlic, peel & cut into small pieces but not minced

mix together :

salt

black pepper

2 tablespoon honey

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

How to make :

  1. Put garlic & bread inside the chicken
  2. Bath the chicken with the mixture of oil & honey. Marinate for 1 hour
  3. Heat the oven 210°C temperature 7 for 10 minutes
  4. Cook the chicken, count for 20 minutes for each 500 gram of chicken
  5. Serve with french fries or nasi putih & sambal
