
Ingredients :
6 small baby dover sole or other flat body fish
3 tablespoon flour
salt & pepper
1 sliced garlic
1 tablespoon lemon juice
3 tablespoon of oil
How to make :
- marinate the fish with salt pepper for 20 minutes
- baste with the flour & cook on the hot oil for 3 minutes each side
- set aside, keep warm
- stir fry garlic with the remaining oil
- serve immediately on top of the fish & lemon juice
- serve with french fries & mayonnaise
