Garlic Sole Fish


Ingredients :

6 small baby dover sole or other flat body fish 

3 tablespoon flour

salt & pepper

1 sliced garlic

1 tablespoon lemon juice

3 tablespoon of oil

How to make :

  1. marinate the fish with salt pepper for 20 minutes
  2. baste with the flour & cook on the hot oil for 3 minutes each side
  3. set aside, keep warm
  4. stir fry garlic with the remaining oil
  5. serve immediately on top of the fish & lemon juice
  6. serve with french fries & mayonnaise
