My Birthday Chocolate Cake

I'm 37 years old this year, and decided to eat my homemade cake. It's quite complicated to do, but the result is surprisingly delicious.

How to make :

CAKE
dark cooking chocolate : 100 g
butter (take out from fridge about 30 minutes) : 200 g
flour : 50 g
egg yolk : 4
white egg : 4
sugar : 90 g
a bit of vanilli parfume
salt

TOPPING
milk cooking chocolate : 400 g
sour cream : 150 ml
soft butter : 80 g
rhum : 1 tablespoon

HOW TO MAKE :

Heat up the oven 180°C

Put dark chocolate in a bowl & boiled the bowl inside a boiling water in the pan (bain marie)

Mix sugar, butter & parfume until creamy. Add the melt chocolate, mix slowly and add yolks.

Beat the white egg with mixer until white & firm. Add up slowly into the chocolate

Put all inside a buttered round mould. Cook for 20 minutes.

When it's cooked, take out cake and put on top of a grill (or a big drainer) let cool.

Heat up the cream, rhum and half of chocolate milk. Put inside a big bowl & let cool. Mixer the cream & butter until creamy.

Cover cake with the topping with the help of a spatula, start from the center. Let cool, the excess topping will drop through the drainer or grill.

Keep in the fridge of minimum 1 hour before serving.
