Cake au chévre (Goat cheese cake)






Ingredients :
180 g flour
1 sachet of yeast
3 eggs
100 g mascarpone
200 g goat cheese take out from fridge & cut into small cubes
bit of chopped basil leaves
bit of chopped chives
50 ml olive oil
50 ml milk
salt & pepper

How to make :
  • Heat oven for 180°, put in a recipient : flour & yeast
  • Mixer the eggs, oil & milk together, add salt & pepper
  • Put the mixture into flour & yeast, add mascarpone
  • Add the goat cheese in cubes & herbs
  • Put inside the cake mould & cook for 50 minutes
