Surimi French Fish Cake



1 can of about 300 gram tuna fish in water
4-6 surimi stick
3 beaten eggs
200 ml sour cream
2 tablespoon of chopped basilic
salt & pepper

How to make :

Mix everything except surimi
Put half of mixture inside a buttered oven dish, add 4 rows of surimi, add half of mixture until finished
Cook in bain marie for about 35 minutes depending on oven temperature 180°C

Bain Marie is French Term of cooking in the oven using water in bigger container, and smaller container is used to hold the food ingredient & put inside the watered bigger container.
