BLANQUETTE DE VEAU (VEAL STEW)



Ingredient

400 gr of veal cut into dices of 5x5 cm

1 onion chopped

2 garlic smashed

1 carrot

half cup of cream

1 glass of white wine

thyme, bay leaf

parsley

250 gr of mushroom cut into pieces

salt pepper

olive oil


How to make


  1. Stir fry onion & garlic with veal until color changed

  2. Add mushroom, salt & pepper

  3. Pour wine and cream

  4. Cook through 1 and half hour with small fire

Served with boiled potatoes mixed with butter and parsley
