Ingredient
400 gr of veal cut into dices of 5x5 cm
1 onion chopped
2 garlic smashed
1 carrot
half cup of cream
1 glass of white wine
thyme, bay leaf
parsley
250 gr of mushroom cut into pieces
salt pepper
olive oil
How to make
- Stir fry onion & garlic with veal until color changed
- Add mushroom, salt & pepper
- Pour wine and cream
- Cook through 1 and half hour with small fire
Served with boiled potatoes mixed with butter and parsley
