OEUFS AU THON (Egg filled Tuna)



4 hard boiled egg, cut into 2

1 can tuna flakes in oil

1 shallot

1/2 lime juice


How to make :


  1. Egg : Set aside the egg yolk from the white

  2. Mix with chopped shallot, lime juice and tuna smashed with fork

  3. Put the ingredient inside the white boiled egg

  4. For decoration : put big pieces of lettuce leaves on top of the plate, put the egg on top and garnish with parsley leaf.
