INGREDIENTS :
400 gr chicken dice 1x2 cm
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon melting butter
SAUCE :
100 gr peanut butter
2 chillies deseeded, chopped
50 cc sweet soya sauce
1 shalot, sliced
1 tablespoon lime juice
HOW TO MAKE :
- Marinate the ingredient above and stich on the satay pick.
- Mixed the sauce ingredients
- Barbeque until cooked
SERVED WITH :
Pressed Rice Roll LONTONG (see recipe)
