LENTILLE AU PETIT SALE


Ingredient :

250 gram lentil or daal

100 gr bacon cut into small cubes

200 gram salted pork can be replaced with beef shin

2 saussage frankfurt

1 carrot

salt and pepper

1 bay leaf

1 branche of tyhme

How to make :

  • Soak the lentil and pork seperately for one night,
  • Boil the lentil with twice portion of water, simmer for 1 hour
  • Boil the pork for 2 hours minimum
  • Cut the carrot, add carrot, bacon, frankfurt and bay leaf & thyme into the lentil
  • Put salt and pepper
  • Cook for another 15 minutes until carrot is tender
  • Mix the lentil and meat together
  • Serve
