SATE IKAN BANGKA

Thanks for my sista A, who gives me this recipe...
Ingredients :
500 gr fish meat
100 gr tapioca flour
50 ml coconut milk
shallot
salt
celery leaves
How to make :
Mix the fish & tapioca flour with shallot, half of the milk and salt and celery
Put inside a bowl
Add the remaining milk on top, steam for 25 minutes
