KROKET KENTANG Meat filled Potatoes

Ingredients :

500 gr potatoes, steamed for 30 minutes

half teaspoon of nutmeg

salt pepper

1 tablespoon of milk

1 egg, mix

100 gr bread crumbs

Filling :

3 shallot, minced

1 garlic, minced

250 gr minced chicken

1 carrot, cut intos small dice

50 gr green beans, cut into small pieces

half glass of water

How to make :

  1. Stir fry chicken, carrot & green beans with shallot & garlic, put salt & pepper, put the water & cook through
  2. Mash the potatoes, mix with milk & salt, pepper & nutmeg 
  3. Take a bit of mashed potato, fill with the meat in the center, make an oval shape
  4. Roll inside the bread crumbs, roll inside the egg & roll one more time in the bread crumbs
  5. Fry in the hot oil until the color changed
