MY FOOD BALANCING DIET

I gained 5 kilogram since I'm in France, cause the food is really rich and unfortunately I'm very greedy. As you know that I started to have a new hobby, COOKING, so I started to like to taste everything but in BIG QUANTITY....

Now I realize that even I look slim, but I have belly fat and I really feel heavy...

Then I tried many kind of diet, no meat diet, low carbs, reverse diet, fruit & vegetable diet etc. I do exercise regularly but it's not enough cause I eat a lot. Soooo... what is the problem??

After discussing the problem with my friend who consult a dietician couple weeks ago, I tried this new diet. It is not really a diet, I'd rather call it, FOOD BALANCING. Cause we have no restriction, and the good news is we CAN EAT EVERYTHING but in small quantity. The result is I lose 2 kilogram in 10 days.

Breakfast :

1 slice of bread with a bit of butter & jam

yogurt

1 glass of fruit juice or fruit

non sugar tea

Lunch :

half bowl of pasta

beef maximum 50 grams equal to 1/3 of steak

1 tablespoon max of oil or butter to cook

cheese

fruit

Snack at 4 PM (if needed)

3 pieces of biscuit

1 cup of green tea without sugar

Dinner

2 pieces of potatoes, prefered boil 

50-70 gram of chicken

1 tablespoon of butter or oil to cook either the chicken or potatoes

yogurt

REMEMBER

  1. Eat everything in small quantity
  2. 1 tablespoon of oil or butter each course
  3. Consume yogurt & cheese for digestion
