Michel bought me the snapper fish from the market today. I baked with the white wine, but I guess the wine isn't so good quality the sauce smell like a dishwasher liquid hehehe....

1 whole snapper fish, cleaned, scratch with knife some part of the fish to make it easier to cooked, sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of lemon juice

1 glass of white wine

  2. Put the fish inside oven dish, pour the wine, add salt pepper, thyme, sage & bay leaves
  3. On top of the fish pour in the olive oil, bake for 20 minutes
