300 gram salted cod fish, desalted for one night inside a bowl of water, change the water regularly
300 gram flour
2 glass of hot water
1/2 pack of bread yeast
1 teaspoon chilli paste
1 onion, chopped
2 garlic
thyme, parsley, chives chopped
1 juice of green lime
2 eggs yolk batter
white pepper
salt if needed, usually salted cod needs no salt
How to make :
- Boil the fish inside boiling water for 8 minutes
- Smash with fork, add the spices
- Put the flour inside the mixture, egg yolk
- Then put one glass of water and one tablespoon of olive oil, add the yeast, mix very fast
- If needed pour more water or battered white egg
- Fry inside 4 tablespoon of hot oil
- Use 2 teaspoon, one to pick up the mixture and another one to push the mixture inside the heated oil
