Charlotte aux fraises (Strawberry Charlotte)

Ingredients :

500 gram of strawberries, cut into 2-3 pieces

30 Fingerbread

6 pot of GERVITA (creamy cheese mix with whipped cream)

half cup of sugar

2 tablespoon of alcohol grand marnier

1 mould of charlotte wrapped with plastic cling

How to make :

Cook the sugar with a bit of water & alcohol, I used grand marnier

Quickly dip the both side of the fingerbread, put them on the lower of mould & on the side, making a round shape following the mould

Put one layer of GERVITA or whipping cream and another layer of strawberries, continue until all ingredients are pourred.

Refrigerate for 1 night
