How to make bean sprout (Toge)

In France we can get bean sprout but in big packaging. A waste cause we throw them away when it started to be yellowish.

So I tried to make them by myself with green beans or kacang hijau (in Indonesian)

Dip 100 gram green bean into water for one night

The next day, prepare a steamer pan, or whatever pan with hole under and
a recepient for the excess water, like below :

Put kitchen towel on top of the part with holes, spread the beans,
put another towel on top the beans



Water three times a day.

Within three days, you can harvest the sprout.
