250 gram flour
150 ml boiling water
1 tablespoon cold water
Sesame or walnut oil
- Put flour and add boiling water slowly, mix with wooden spoon
- Add cold water
- Knead 2 minutes, wait at least 30 minutes
- Cut dough into 4, take each piece of ball and roll it into ball
- Cut ball into 4 again to make 16 balls, flatten the ball into 5 cm disc
- Brush one disc with oil and stick 2 discs together, roll to become bigger disc of 15 cm
- Cook in the pancake pan, separate each disc and steam them before serving
